Halloween 2014

We had a great Halloween - our cousins Audrey, Avery and Kai came to visit us and go trick or treating.  We also had our church's fall festival and had some more trunk or treating and jumping on bouncy houses.  The highlight for Sophie was the cake walk though  She went through the cake walk and the first time the number 9 was drawn (which was not her seat number).  So the next time she started to walk, she stopped at the number 9 chair and sat herself down. Ha! Brantley had to explain it wouldn't be that number the next time and to keep going.  She finally won herself a cake and was very kind to share it with us when we got home : ) 

Sophie

So, Sophie was drawing pictures last week for each of us and handing them out  She finishes one and hands it to me and her name was at the bottom.  So, I asked Ava if she had written it and she assured me she had not.  I have no idea how she figured out how to actually write the letters but I thought it was pretty clever so I took a picture of her first written word : )
