A day at the beach

During our evacuation due to hurricane Isaac, we got the opportunity to spend a few hours one morning at the beach - our girls LOVED it.  When we got back to NOLA, Becki brought out her recipe for a homemade beach.  Though the rules normally state that stuff is supposed to stay in the container and out of the hair - admittedly this rule is not loved as much by some (3 & under) as others (lets just say those over 3) - since they were at the "beach" the rules did not apply.
