Here are a pictures from the past few weeks. Our girls have discovered a new use for our treadmill (and it has gotten more use in the past 2 weeks that the past 2 years). The started by walking on it as normal, then sitting on it and riding it to the end (or increasing the difficulty laying down face first, or as shown below, introducing a skill of going under the bridge with knocking it down. A sort of limbo, meets Jenga, meets treadmill and all the girls love to take part). The third is a picture of Ava holding the Christmas Tree cookie cake she, Emma & Sophie made - they were proud. The next picture is of all of us in front of a huge Christmas tree in the foyer of our church. You will notice that Becki has a tight grip on Sophie's hand and corralling her with her other hand, and Brantley has a tight grip on Emma. Had we not done this, the ultra fast perpetual motion girls would have been unleashed, and also, no picture would have been produced. Seriously, it has almost gotten to the point where not even chocolate can persuade these beautiful, moving loving girls to stop for 0.03 seconds for a posed camera shot. Most of the pictures you will see of them where it appears to be a posed shot, is actually one of the fifty shots we take, selecting the least blurry shot, hoping it looks like they were sitting still. But man, they are fun! The last three shots are our attempt to get a good shot of our adorable girls for a Christmas card (and yes, these are from the second day of shooting as the first did not produce any unblurred shots, lol). That last picture is after about 5 minutes of picture taking, Emma was fed up with trying to be made to sit still - oh, and someone mentioned food and she did not have any! (yes, we fed her and turned her loose on the treadmill - by far the best use of that machine).
