All of our girls love to be in motion, all the time. However, due to their age, Emma & Sophie often times find themselves strapped down, or otherwise constrained, in different places (car seat, high chair, shopping cart, etc). When they have decided they have had enough non-movement, they do not ask to get down, they plead "I stuck, I stuck," as if they have just walked into some quick sand...
Sophie is our sensitive one (at least at the moment) and reacts personally to things that do not correspond to what she thinks is right. For example, when picking her up from a nap, Mommy happily stated "Hello sunshine," to which she replied, "I not sunshine, I Sophie," or in reply to another term of affection, "I not chickadee, I Sophie!" Another example was when one evening when Mommy had somewhere to be right at bedtime (which never happens, and Sophie was quite concerned with Mommy leaving) and daddy got the priviledge of putting all his girls to bed. While Sophie was sitting in her crib after bath time, supposedly reading while daddy got Emma diapered and PJs put on, daddy heard a pitiful and earnest refrain from the crib "I lost Mommy, I lost Mommy."
